Recipe with our yellow pepper from Amazonia.
Ingrediants:

Preparation:

  • Put the vinegar and water in a bowl.
  • Crush the chilli in a mortar.
  • Add it to the bowl with all the other ingredients.
  • Mix well.

In an airtight jar, the Aji can be stored for about ten days in the refrigerator.
