“Lok Lak” (typical dish of Cambodia)

Recipe with our organic Kampot red pepper
Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 500g of beef tenderloin
  • 3 shallots
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of palm sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper Kampot
  • 1 tablespoon Nuoc Nam
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oil

Preparation:

  • Dice the beef, chop the garlic and shallots.
  • Mix them with all the other ingredients in a bowl.
  • Marinate for a few minutes. Fry a little to taste.
  • Serve with rice.

Lok Lak means “dice to play”, so try the adventure.
