Our flakes are made with Eyes Bird chilli and have a torrid spiciness, also suitable for cooking and seasoning as a table spice.
Chillies have a wonderfully fruity aroma and are used in almost any kitchen (soups, stews, meat dishes – just knead them into ground beef, dishes like goulash or chili con carne, gravy, dips).
With chilli flakes you can also make a wonderful chilli oil yourself. Mix 1 tablespoon of chili flakes in 250ml of good olive oil and seal the container – done!
Practical information: to reduce and calm the “fire” effects caused by the ingestion of chilli, it is advisable to consume milk, a slice of butter or fresh cream.
