Composition:

  1. Organic Italian-style fleur de sel 30g:
    Our blend is ideal to accompany your meats, fish, vegetables and salads.
    It goes very well with a sweet cheese. Excellent on a mozzarella tomato. Our advice: Grill the meat or fish on the barbecue, sprinkle our mixture after cooking. For grilled vegetables, put a drizzle of olive oil and our Organic Italian Fiore di Sale on the plate.
  2. Organic Pepper with herbs of Provence 15g:
    This balanced blend is ideal on meats, fish, fresh cheeses, it goes perfectly with your sauces and also with your salads. Ideal at the end of cooking a barbecue. For use with a mill or mortar.
  3. Za’atar bio 18g:
    We recommend eating it with bread and a neutral oil, such as avocado or sunflower oil or, if you prefer, with a not too strong olive oil, simply dipping it for an original and oriental aperitif. Great on grilled vegetables, hummus, chickpeas or creamy soups. Sprinkled on pizza or to flavor a salad. An oil can also be flavored. This blend works wonderfully rubbed into a lamb or chicken shoulder. You can also try it on pasta (with cheese, replacing pepper with za’atar), on puff pastry twists for an aperitif and even on chocolate!
  4. Organic granular shallot 17g:
    Like garlic and onion, shallots enhance the flavor of many dishes. More fragrant and finer than onion, it perfumes meat and fish dishes. Dried it is ideal for vinaigrettes and raw vegetables, for sauces. It goes well with scallops, in the famous shallot vinegar. In fact, it smells many dishes and preparations.
  5. Organic Garlic granular 26g:
    it can be used wonderfully in seafood and shellfish, but also on all types of fish. It will flavor your soups, broths and velvets. In your pans of vegetables, tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes, spinach or in green beans.
