Mazafati dates are harvested when they are semi-cured, hence the name of “fresh” dates.
These fresh “Mazafati” dates are exclusively produced in an oasis in central Iran, 1,300 km southeast of Tehran. Its unique microclimate and ancestral agricultural practice give this variety of dates a dark pulp with an exceptional flavor.
To be kept in the refrigerator, but to be removed a little before tasting to let it warm up to room temperature
