Our bulk algae are all from organic farming. algae are a product that is part of aquaculture and which are not regulated by our Swiss Organic Ordinance (RS 910.18), and that is why we cannot name them “Bio Algae”. However, all our algae have their organic certification.
Wakame is the most consumed seaweed in the world, naturally rich in minerals, including calcium and iron, and proteins. It also contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B3 and C in important quantities.
Its consistency is tender and fluid. Delicate with a slightly iodized taste in the mouth and an oyster flavor.
It is mainly used in salads and soups (for example, the Japanese “miso” soup). Wakame is ideal for preparing vegetable salads
