Maldon salt is a sea salt from the Atlantic Ocean that has been exploited since 1882 in Essex (United Kingdom). Two hundred years later, the fourth generation of the Osborne family continues to produce salt according to ancestral methods in the same buildings lined with black wood, always with the aim of quality and excellence.
It is a pyramid-shaped flower of salt with a pronounced salty flavor despite its surprising lightness. It is one of the only salts that does not require a mill because it crumbles between the fingers. Its strong and decisive taste allows you to put less.
