The Madagascar salt flower comes from the salt marshes of Ifaty, a Malagasy village located about thirty kilometers north of Toliara, on the southwestern coast of the island, hand-picked by the village women.

It is a 100% natural flower without addition, recognized as one of the best in the world for its flavor, purity and scarlet whiteness! It is ripping all over the world and has made Madagascar’s reputation in many countries!

This fleur de sel, much appreciated by cooks and gourmets, has a very fine note of salt and is particularly suitable as table salt.
