Harissa can be used in many different ways. In North Africa, it is mixed to almost all dishes to intensify their taste.

Let yourself be seduced! Sprinkle couscous, sauces, soups and broths, traditional or oriental, at the end of cooking or on the plate to enhance the heat of your recipes over a low flame. You can also make a paste by adding our Harissa Mix to olive oil.

Our tip for making a Harissa paste:

Put 1 tablespoon of spice mixture with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. If necessary, season with a little sugar. Your harissa paste can be stored in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks – Add a thin layer of olive oil to the top to help preserve its taste.
