Our bulk algae are all from organic farming. algae are a product that is part of aquaculture and which are not regulated by our Swiss Organic Ordinance (RS 910.18), and that is why we cannot name them “Bio Algae”. However, all our algae have their organic certification.
These algae are grown in preserved waters off the coast of Lesconil, in the South of Finistère, Brittany, these Kombu Royal flakes, dried at low temperatures, by committed professionals, both for a sustainable culture of algae and for the well-being that these wonders of sea procure. Kombu Royal is a brown seaweed, with a meaty and crunchy texture, its flavor is sweet and iodized.
It is rich in minerals: calcium (8 times more than milk), iodine, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium. Its richness in iodine is beneficial for the treatment of goiter and stimulates the energy metabolism. Contains vitamins A, B1, B12, C, E, F, K, PP. It is the richest seaweed, calorie free and ideal for diabetics.
