Raspberry leaves are rich in iron, vitamins C and E, calcium, potassium, minerals and folic acid. They also contain flavonoids and tannins.
Infusion: in 25 cl of water, boil for 5 minutes, 1 or 2 teaspoons of dried raspberry leaves. Then add lemon and/or honey. Drink 1 cup, 2 to 3 times daily.
