The name of Maître d’Hôtel derives from the way in which butter was commonly prepared by the Maître d’hôtel of a restaurant at the table of his clients.
Our Maître d’Hôtel composition is used to prepare the butter that accompanies snails and frog legs, but also red meat, grilled meat and but also steamed fish. Ideal on pasta and rice.
