In Greece, the national cheese is undoubtedly feta, made from sheep’s and goat’s milk and eaten alone or as a side dish.
Our organic feta blend, which contains chunks of black olives, is perfect for sprinkling directly on a whole block or small cubes of feta, topped even with a generous dose of olive oil or a neutral vegetable oil!
Our tip: Use our Greek pyramid salt to add an extra touch to your dishes.
It can also be used simply in a mixed salad. Also ideal on bruschetta, omelets, tomato and vegetable sauces. A marvel!
