Our organic muscovado sugar is a natural whole cane sugar with a unique aroma. This sugar specialty is made in the Philippines. Pure sugar cane juice is used to make organic Muscovado sugar without any chemical treatment.
The molasses content in organic Muscovado is 10-15%. The result is a soft, lumpy and moist texture. To sweeten food, sauces, desserts, baked bread, sprinkle lightly on fruit, oatmeal and yogurt or as a sweetener in tea, coffee and other beverages.
