This blend of organic peppers and seaweed combines the benefits of the earth with those of the sea.
It reveals a particularly refined Asian note to all your preparations.
Ideal for raw fish and raw meat, but also for pan-fried fish (for example salmon), salads and dressings.
Excellent for finishing wok dishes, rice, pasta and all kinds of potato dishes. Also for Chinese fondues with mayonnaise (season the mayonnaise a few minutes before serving, so that the seaweed rehydrates and develops all its flavor). Also excellent with beef and as a final touch to grilled meat.
Our advice: as with all peppers, use this mixture at the end of cooking, or even better, directly on your plate so that it can release all its aroma.
