To achieve this delicious smoky flavor, smoked paprika is made by placing it in contact with slow-fired oak wood in a smoking room.
Smoked paprika gives a nice reddish color and a slightly peppery and smoky flavor but without spiciness to your dishes. A little pinch will transform eggs, vegetables, poultry, sauces, fish, tomatoes, onions, avocados ……. In a cream cheese and a few tablespoons of paprika it goes well with raw vegetables and white meats
