Rubs are actually dry marinades. Rub your vegetables with the mixture, and leave to rest for an hour in the fridge

Vegetables also have a special place on the barbecue. Our blend of herbs and spices will be perfect for your grilled vegetables.

Timut pepper to give a citrus taste, a subtle touch of cinnamon and coconut blossom sugar will complete the blend with a sweet touch.

We have created this organic vegetable rub especially for courgettes, potatoes, aubergines, tomatoes, but it is also suitable for all types of vegetables.
You can also use our rub in a different way, which will sublimate your salads, raw vegetables or vegetables cooked in a pan.
