“TZATZIKI” The traditional Greek sauce

Ingrediants:

  • 2 plain Greek yogurt ‘300 g
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of Organic Tzatziki Mix
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of balsamic vinegar or lemon
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation:
Grate the cucumber and let it drain overnight.
Add a little salt to drain well.
Put the yogurt in a very fine sieve and drain it, leaving it for about 10 minutes, then put the yogurt in a bowl with the cucumber and 2 tablespoons of Bio Tzatziki Mix.
It is up to you to decide whether you want more or less in your recipe.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
At the last minute, add ½ teaspoon of balsamic or lemon vinegar.
The vinegar will keep your tzatziki longer in the refrigerator.
It can be kept up to a week in the refrigerator, it can be served on Greek bread, bread, with raw vegetables or meat.
