The sweet orange peel of Ghana, fruit of the sinensis citrus fruit, including the peel and mesocarp of the fruit, dried slowly and naturally without additives.

They go perfectly with desserts and all sweet dishes. Preparations of pasta and cakes: madeleines, biscuits, cakes, pancakes, waffles, brioches, cakes, frangipani, etc. The powder infused in milk, delicately aromatizes a creme brûlée, English creme, whipped cream.

In savory cooking, they can be included in all liquid preparations: fish broths, sauces, bechamel (with a little nutmeg), slow-cooked dishes.
